3003 Aluminum Plate

3A21 aluminium sheet is a typical 3 series Al-Mn anti-rust alloy, the A here represents an improvement on the original pure aluminium, however, 3A21 aluminium sheet is also a non-heat treated alloy, and can only be enhanced by cold machining. 5005 Aluminum Plate

Aluminium alloy 5005 is a medium strength alloy with very good resistance to atmospheric corrosion and very good weldability that is highly suitable for decorative anodising. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILST ALLOY 5005 IS SUITABLE FOR ANODISING, STREAKS CAN OCCUR - IF THE FINISH YOU ARE SEEKING IS CRITICAL PLEASE SPECIFY 'SPECIAL ANODISING QUALITY' AT TIME OF ORDER.

5A05 Aluminum Plate

The 5A05 aluminium sheet is an Al-Mg series rust-proof aluminium alloy (the magnesium content of 5B05 is slightly higher than 5A05). The alloy has a higher magnesium content and a lower strength, which is similar to that of 5A03 alloy. Anneal temper has high plasticity and moderate plasticity in semi-cold work hardening. 5A05 aluminium sheet with hydrogen atom welding, spot welding, gas welding, argon arc welding has good welding performance, high corrosion resistance, low machinability during annealing, good machinability during semi-hardening, and anodizing when manufacturing rivets.

6061 Aluminum Plate

7075 aluminum alloy is an aluminum alloy with zinc as the main alloying element. It has excellent mechanical properties, showing good ductility, high strength, toughness and good fatigue resistance. Due to the presence of microsegregation, it is more brittle than many other aluminum alloys, but has significantly better corrosion resistance than 2000 alloys. It is one of the most commonly used aluminum alloys in high-stress structural applications and has been widely used in aircraft structural components.
