Ductile iron pipes refer to pipes that are cast by high-speed centrifugal casting using a centrifugal ductile iron machine after adding nodulizing agent to cast molten iron above No. 18. Q:Once the products received by customer were found not comply with the products or contract demands, what will you do?

A:Our goods have passed QC inspection before export and provide regular MTC for customer review. In case of quality disputes, the customer shall inform the supplier within 7 working days after receiving the goods and arrange the international third party to carry out inspection and send the damage report to the supplier. Once confirmed by our company, our company unconditionally reissue or return shipping refund！

Q：How about the payment terms?

A:We accept a variety of payment terms, but there are specific restrictions: 1.Amount less than Fifty thousand dollars,we only accept TT payment; 2.Amount from $50,000 to $300,000,we accept TT deposit and balance by LC at sight; 3.Amount more than $300,000,we can do LC 180 days upon little down payment. Finally, we can provide OA service for our frequent customer cooperation and who have a good reputation & professional in their local market.

Q:Whether to accept inspection company and factory？

A：Whether you choose to work with us or not. We accept different customers personally or commissioned third parties to audit factory and company.And hereby promise not to charge any inspection fee or guarantee deposit in advance.

Q:How to ensure that the quantity and material delivered meet customer requirements?

A:We will take a video of each package of goods and record the pieces/weight of the goods. And material inspection through PMI.And assure all customers that if the quantity or material of the goods you receive does not match the order and send the exact evidence. Our company will fine you ten for one fake

Q:What is the delivery time?

A:Depends on whether the goods are in stock and the quantity. Stock Materials: Generally 7-10 days to complete the cutting and packaging and shipment; Customized Materials:About 20-30days for production and arrange the shipment.

Q：What is your MOQ?

A:All the materials at least for 2tons,but the price it’s relatively expensive. Up to 50 tons, a maximum discount of 5% is offered; 50 tons to 200 tons,can provide discount 5%-10%; More than 200tons can get discount 10%-20%. The larger the tonnage, the greater discount we can offer. Every Chinese and foreign holidays, our company has a lot of different strong discounts, welcome to pay attention to the company news consultation.
